Nature lure people to pretty Panama

Former CXPRESS stringer Bob Hopkin shared these photos and wrote: “The rock face pictured here is called 'Los Ladrillos' (the ladders). A natural feature situated on the outskirts of our new hometown Boquete, it is frequently used by local climbers for practising. The statue of a farmer just at the entrance to Boquete illustrates the farming origins of the town and its role as the fruit and veg capital of Panama. Some bright spark has put a face mask on it! Our home has clear views of Cordillera de Talamanca - the mountain range running down much of Central America.” Read ‘Panama - the perfect country for a happy retirement’ on page 7 of the July 29 edition.
