CHAS Everitt International Property recently held its half-year awards function for the Eastern Cape and Garden Route, comprising ten franchise offices from East London to Mossel Bay.
Plett agents Anton Nell and John Fuller received top awards at the function, with Anton receiving a Gold Achievement Award for sales in both the first and second quarters of 2010, and John a Platinum Achievement Award for sales in the second quarter.
John, who is principal of the Plett branch, also received his National Certificate Real Estate Level 5 (NQF5), which is the new compulsory SAQA national standards requirement for principal estate agents from 2011.
Anton is the first Chas Everitt agent to receive a Double Gold for two consecutive quarters.
